(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 20 - Three Italians and a Togo citizen
have been kidnapped by armed men in Mali, local sources cited by
France Presse said Friday.
Mali's human rights situation deteriorated in 2020 amid ongoing
abuses by armed Islamist groups, ethnic militias, and government
security forces.
A political crisis resulted in the August toppling of the
government in a military coup. (ANSA).
