Full coop between defence min and AISE says Mantovano

(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 14 - There is full cooperation between the defence ministry and external intelligence agency AISE, Nationall Security Secretary Alfredo Mantovano told ANSA on the phone Saturday, ruling out a right with Defence Minister Guido Crosetto as reported by Il Fatto Quotidiano newspaper.
    "The esteem towards AISE and its director is also due to the full collaboration hitherto achieved between (the) intelligence (service) and the ministry of defence, led by Minister Crosetto," he said.
    "No later than a week ago, the minister himself had attested to this, in agreement with me, and today what we have both reported, after agreeing on it beforehand, goes in the same direction, which is of service to the institutions". (ANSA).
