Irene Pivetti gets 4 years for tax evasion

(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 26 - Former Lower House Speaker Irene Pivetti was sentenced Thursday to four years in prison for tax evasion and self-laundering.
    The Milan trial was also against three other defendants on a series of commercial transactions in 2016 worth approximately 10 million euros, in particular the sale of three Ferrari Granturismos which, according to the prosecution, were used to launder proceeds from tax evasion. (ANSA).
