(ANSA) - Rome, May 9 - The Large Hadron Collider in CERN's
Geneva lab has started producing new "record" collisions that
are opening a gateway on the unknown, creating new particles
leading to newly observable phenomena including the dark matter
that occupies 25% of the universe and the existence of new
dimensions, scientists said Monday. "It's a big thrill," said
CERN Directo Fabiola Gianotti.
