(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 8 - Italian telecoms company Fastweb said
Monday it had turned on the most powerful supercomputer yet to
use Artificial Intelligence.
NeXXt AI Factory is "the first and most powerful supercomputer,
from a private company but also available to the public, using
AI NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD technology dedicated to generative
Artificial Intelligence in Italy," it said.
It will be dedicated to developing MIIA (Italian Artificial
Intelligence Model) available to start-ups, companies,
universities and public administrations.
"The data will be stored in Italy and secured, something unique
with very high performance," said Fastweb CEO Walter Renna.
