(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 7 - A record operation has saved a
premature Italian girl from a 600-gramme tumour that was
threatening to kill her before she was born, hospital sources
said Tuesday.
The girl, 'Anna,' underwent the procedure at Milan's Policlinico
Hospital on Monday.
Doctors said her prognosis is good. (ANSA).
