(ANSA) - Rome, April 18 - Juventus extended their lead at the
top of Serie A with a 2-0 win at bottom club Pescara Saturday
thanks to a brace from Gonzalo Higuain.
The Bianconeri now have 80 points, eight more than AS Roma
who could only draw 1-1 at home to Atalanta.
Napoli, who beat Udinese 3-0 at the San Paolo, rose to 70
points, two behind Roma, in third.
Juve are going for a record sixth straight scudetto, a third
straight double, and an unprecedented treble with the Champions
League where they hold a 3-0 quarter-final lead over Barcelona
going into Wednesday's return leg at the Camp Nou.
