Soccer: Spaniard probed in Lazio scam

(ANSA) - Rome, March 29 - A Spanish citizen is under investigation over a scam in which the last two million euros were taken from Lazio's undisclosed fee, thought to be 8.5 million euros, for buying Netherlands defender Stefan de Vrij from Feyenoord, sources said.
    The suspect is alleged to have taken the two million from a Dutch bank account and deposited it in various banks across Europe.
