(ANSA) - Milan, October 26 - Steven Zhang is officially the
new president of Inter Milan and the era of Erick Thohir is
over, the club said in a video on Twitter on Friday.
Zhang, 26, the son of new owner Zhang Jindong, becomes
Inter's youngest ever chairman.
Indonesian businessman Thhori is set to hand over his
remaining 31%-stake in Inter to Zhang's Suning group in the
coming weeks.
"I'm ready, and you?" said Steven Zhang in the Twitter video,
in which he walks through Milan's historic and new areas.
He has been living there since electronic retailing giant
Suning took over the club from Thihor's in 2016.
Oilman Massimo Moratti ceded control of Inter when he sold a
70% stake to Thohir in 2013.
