(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 21 - Ducati's MotoGP world champion
Francesco Bagnaia said on Sunday he has a fracture in his right
ankle but that the injury will not prevent him from racing in
the Italian MotoGP in Mugello on June 11.
"When I got back from Le Mans, I kept feeling pain in my right
ankle," tweeted the reigning champ and standings leader, who
crashed out of the French Grand Prix at Le Mans on My 14 after
being rear-ended by Aprilia's Maverick Vinales.
This will not prevent my participation in the next Italian Grand
Prix," he concluded. (ANSA).
