(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 22 - Napoli's hopes of reaching the
Champions League quarter-finals are still alive after Victor
Osimhen scored a late equalizer to earn them a 1-1 draw with
Barcelona in the home leg of their last-16 tie on Wednesday in
his first match since returning from duty with Nigeria at the
Africa Cup of Nations.
Robert Lewandowski had opened the scoring for the visitors in
the 60th minute.
The match was also the first Napoli played under new boss,
Francesco Calzona, their third coach of the season after the
Serie A champions sacked Walter Mazzarri on Monday.
The Naples side's Italian title defence is already effectively
over as they are ninth in Serie A with 36 points from 24 games,
27 points behind leaders Inter. (ANSA).
