Marcell Jacobs finished fifth in the 100m final in 9″85 at the
Paris Olympics on Sunday night.
"I believed in a medal, but I don't have regrets because I gave
it all", said Jacobs.
"I am sorry because I wanted to celebrate with all Italians
another gold, but Jacobs' career doesn't stop here", he said.
Jacobs is set to run Monday in the men's 4x100m relay where
Italy will be looking to defend their title from Tokyo 2020.
