(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 7 - The Italian women's volleyball team
beat continental rivals Serbia on Tuesday night, in the fourth
and last quarterfinal at the 2024 Paris Olympics to advance to
the semifinals for the first time in history.
The winners of the 2024 Volleyball Nations League beat the world
champions 3-0 (26-24, 25-20, 25-20) and will now have to play
against Turkey.
