Soccer: Inter beat Roma to stay in Napoli's slipstream

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 21 - Argentina forward Lautaro Martinez was on target as champions Inter beat AS Roma 1-0 in the Italian capital on Sunday to stay on the heels of leaders Napoli.
    Inter have 17 points from eight games, two fewer than Napoli, who won 1-0 at Empoli on Sunday.
    Juventus are one point behind Inter in third after a 1-0 victory over 10-man Lazio in Turin on Saturday. (ANSA).
