(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 24 - Bologna Mayor Matteo Lepore on
Thursday signed an order ruling that the Serie A match between
Bologna and AC Milan, scheduled to be played in the city on
Saturday at 6pm, will not take place because of forecasts of
torrential rain.
The city and other parts of Emilia Romagna are still picking up
the pieces after last weekend's devastating floods, which
claimed one life.
The district that hosts the stadium was among those worst
affected by Saturday night's flooding. (ANSA).
