Sincere emotion for Matilde Lorenzi's death - Mattarella

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 29 - President Sergio Mattarella on Tuesday voiced sincere emotion at the death after a training fall of 19-year-old promising Italian skier Matilde Lorenzi, his office said.
    It said Mattarella sent the following message to the Chief of Defense Staff, Luciano Antonio Portolano: "I learned with sincere emotion the news of the death of Matilde Lorenzi, Corporal at the Sports Activities Department of the Alpine Training Center. In this very sad circumstance, I ask you to convey to the family the expressions of my deepest condolences and to convey my closeness to the Italian Army". (ANSA).
