(ANSA) - Rome, January 22 - Catholic bishops preparing for the next synod on the family in October will be studying the "most sensitive issues" raised at the last meeting in October 2014, Cardinal Lorenzo Baldisseri, synod secretary general, said Thursday. Those include gays in the Church, communion for divorced and remarried Catholics, and cohabitation outside marriage.
