(ANSA) - Vatican City, January 29 - Pope Francis on Friday
urged the faithful to pray that acts of sin never turn into
corruption, because "the corrupt don't need to ask forgiveness,
because they don't feel they need it".
In the homily at his morning Mass at St.
"Today let's make a prayer for the Church, starting with
us, for the pope, the bishops, the priests, the consecrated, the
laypeople: 'Father, save us, save us from corruption. Sinners
yes, Father, but corrupt, never".
