(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 28 - An Italian hydrogen transport
'backbone' project between Italy, Austria and Germany is among
the projects, already underway or to be developed, involving
Italy included in the first EU list of projects of common
interest (PCI) on energy infrastructure unveiled Tuesday in
Brussels.
Also on the list are the interconnection of electricity grids
between Corsica and Sardinia and between Sicily and Tunisia, two
similar projects to link Italy and Austria, two proposals for
the transport of CO2 by pipeline, and the already selected
project for a gas connection with Malta.
