(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 13 - German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said
Thursday the G7 deal to give Kyiv a $50 billion loan on
interests form frozen Russian assets was a "historic step".
The loan had been strongly pushed for by the US, while some
European sources had legal misgivings.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the summit for
its strong support for his embattled country. (ANSA).
