(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 16 - Premier Giorgia Meloni on Monday
dismissed claims that the human rights of people taken to
Italian-run migrant centres in Albania may not be respected.
"I think I have fully explained that the jurisdiction (at the
centres) will be Italian and European," Meloni told a news
conference.
"You either think that our jurisdiction breaches human rights or
(you think that) this accusation is groundless".
The centres will be up and running in a few weeks, she said.
