Italy failure to OK ESM collective loss says Donohoe (5)

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 20 - Italy's failure to ratify the reformed European Stability Mechanism bailout fund is a collective loss, Eurogroup Chair Paschal Donohoe said Thursday.
    Italy is the only country not to have approved the new ESM.
    "The ratification of the treaty by all is an important priority," said Donohoe, stressing that he had "excellent relations" with Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti.
    He added "I respect national positions". (ANSA).
