++ Average rate for new mortgages 3.56% in June - ABI ++

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 13 - The average rate on new mortgages fell to 3.56% in June, down from 3.61% in May 2024 to stay on a downward trend after reaching 4.42% in December 2023, Italian banking association ABI said Saturday in its monthly report.
