Austria offers 1,000 euros to Syrians who repatriate

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 13 - "Austria will provide a 1,000-euro repatriation bonus to Syrians who wish to return home," Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer wrote on X. "The country now needs its citizens to rebuild. Ongoing asylum procedures for Syrian citizens in Austria will remain suspended," he added. (ANSA).
