(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 29 - Belarus' president, Alexander
Lukashenko, has signed legislation to suspend the Treaty on
Conventional Armed Forces in Europe. According to Interfax, the
document has been published on the Republic's National Legal
Portal. Last April, Lukashenko agreed to introduce the bill "On
the suspension of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in
Europe" in parliament. The document was later approved by the
Belarusian Parliament. (ANSA).
