(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 27 - Belarusian President Alexander
Lukashenko stated at a student meeting that if NATO attacks
Belarus, it will immediately respond with nuclear weapons,
resulting in a "world war." According to the Belta news agency,
Lukashenko recalled Russian President Vladimir Putin's
announcement on the revision of Moscow's nuclear doctrine, which
allows for the use of nuclear warheads in the event of a
"aggression" against its ally Belarus.
