(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 01 NOV - Bosnian police arrested a
28-year-old Islamist extremist near Sarajevo, who called to kill
policemen through messages on Facebook and TikTok. Regional
media report that the arrest of the young man - identified as
Osman Malagic - took place yesterday at the request of the
prosecutor's office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
One week ago a 15-year-old Islamic extremist broke into a
police station in Bosanska Krupa, north-west Bosnia and
Herzegovina, stabbing one policeman to death and seriously
wounding another. Eight people were arrested, as they were
considered to be close to Islamic radicalism and involved in the
attack by the 15-year-old. (ANSA).
