(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 10 AGO - Bulgarian President Rumen Radev
designated Gorica Grancarova-Kozareva to head the transitional
government, leading the country to new early elections. Regional
media reported this.
The local constitution dictated this decision in light of
three unsuccessful attempts to form a new executive since the
last parliamentary elections on June 9, in conjunction with the
European vote. Within the next two months, the president must
call for new early elections, which will be the seventh in
Bulgaria in the past three years. Gorica Grancarova-Kozareva is
vice president of the Bulgarian Court of Accounts. (ANSA).
