Ita approved the capital increase for Lufthansa's entry

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 20 - Ita Airways' Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting today approved a 325 million euro capital increase to be offered to Deutsche Lufthansa, which "must be subscribed by the same by January 15, 2025." This step will allow the German company to acquire a 41% stake in Ita Airways.
