(ANSA) - BELGRADE, APR 11 - Decarbonise existing gas networks
to introduce hydrogen into the market, make renewable gases more
accessible, and improve the EU's energy security. These are some
of the key points of the gas market decarbonisation package
adopted by the European Parliament in plenary session, which
included the approval of a new directive (425 votes in favour,
64 against, and 100 abstentions) and a regulation (447 votes in
favour, 90 against, and 54 abstentions).
