Sergio Mattarella, is at Palazzo Altemps for the inauguration of
the European Public Law Organization's Rome Office. The Greek
and Bulgarian heads of state, Aikaterini Sakellaropoulou and
Rumen Radev, are in attendance. The event is not open to the
