(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 25 - Following the agreement to increase seafarers' wages by 7% over the next two years, ferry passengers can now expect ticket prices to rise significantly by 2025, according to the daily Kathimerini. The Panhellenic Seamen's Federation (PNO) suspended its strike on Thursday afternoon as a result of the agreement. Another reason for the expected fare increase is the significant fuel surcharges resulting from a change in the European regulatory framework for emissions. (ANSA).
