Hungary wants to increase gas supplies from Russia in 2025

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 15 - Hungary and Gazprom are discussing an agreement for Budapest to purchase additional gas in 2025 while maintaining a competitive price, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó told Ria Novosti in an interview. On October 10, Gazprom and the Hungarian energy company MVM signed a memorandum of understanding at the St. Petersburg Gas Forum to explore the possibility of increasing Russian gas supplies to Hungary.
