Recession is possible, substantial risks: ECB

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 22 - Given the deterioration of the already weak economic scenario, "recession remains a possibility" and the numerous downward revisions to estimates and negative economic surprises confirm a weak picture with significant downside risks, the ECB wrote in the Financial Stability Review, warning that the prospects for financial stability remain fragile.
