(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 1 - Macedonian President Stevo
Pendarovski officially announced his candidature for a second
term in the upcoming presidential elections on April 24.
Pendarovski, who is supported by the ruling Social Democratic
Party (SDSM), stated at a press conference that he made the
decision after receiving strong public support from a large
number of citizens and political, cultural, and civil society
figures. (ANSA).
