Moldova: Moscow denies coup allegations

(ANSA) - MOSCOW, FEB 14 - The Russian government has denied statements made yesterday by Moldovan President Maia Sandu, according to which Moscow is planning a coup in the country, according to the news agency Tass. Chisinau's claims about "Russia's plan to destabilize the situation in Moldova" are "absolutely baseless," said Maria Zakhina, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry. (ANSA).
