(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 7 - Olha Stefanishyna, the deputy
prime minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic
integration, stated that the summit of European leaders
scheduled for December 14-15, which will cover, among other
things, the beginning of negotiations for the EU membership of
Ukraine, Moldova, and Bosnia-Herzegovina, "will give an answer"
to the question of whether we are faced with a "new historic
impetus in the enlargement" of the EU or whether we will return
to "an enlargement agenda characterised by vetoes" similar to
the one "unfortunately experienced by the Western Balkans."
