(ANSA) - AVIANO, JUL 5 - The US military installations in
Germany, Bulgaria, and Romania today relaxed their force
protection conditions (FPCON), which had been raised from Bravo
to Charlie last Sunday, due to a "combination of factors"
relating to a potential threat against American personnel or
entities in Europe." This was announced by the American military
command.
