(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 4 - UniCredit has completed the
acquisition of the majority stake in Alpha Bank Romania from
Alpha International Holdings, which is 100% owned by Alpha, in
exchange for 9.9% of UniCredit Bank Romania's share capital and
approximately 255 million euros cash.
