(ANSA) - BUCAREST, DEC 1 - In Romania, the first exit polls
released at the close of polling stations show the Social
Democratic Party (SDP) in the lead with 26 percent, followed by
the far-right Aur rising sharply to 19 percent. According to
the first exit polls released by the Curs Demographic Institute,
behind Aur would be the Liberal Party (NLP) and the Union Save
Romania (Urs, center-right) both given 15.
