Chinese's President Xi Jinping welcomed in Belgrade

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 8 - President Aleksandar Vucic welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping with the highest honours this morning in Belgrade, in front of Palata Srbije. Xi Jinping is expected to meet with his Serbian counterpart in Belgrade on Wednesday as Beijing seeks to strengthen its political and economic ties with more friendly European countries, Serbia and Hungary. Xi arrived in the Serbian capital Tuesday night and will then travel to Budapest. (ANSA).
