(ANSA) - BELGRADE, AUG 10 - Serbian Construction,
Infrastructure, and Traffic Minister Goran Vesic announced this
week that the first of a fleet of Nazi boats sunk in the Danube
at Prahovo had been raised from the riverbed.
The so-called Kriegsmarine Black Sea Fleet boats were sunk
during a withdrawal at the end of WWII to avoid being captured
by the Soviet Red Army in September 1944.
