EU approves Balkans reform agenda for growth plan

Commission still waiting for Bosnia's proposal

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 23 - Following the positive opinion of EU Member States, the European Commission has approved Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia's reform agendas, a critical step towards allowing payments under the EU Reform and Growth Instrument totalling 6 billion euros to be made upon completion of the agreed-upon reforms. The Commission is waiting for Bosnia and Herzegovina to formally present its reform agenda before proceeding with its assessment, and it will continue to support the authorities in completing it for the benefit of all citizens, the EU said.
