More Syrians are getting intercepted

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUL 1 - Slovenian police intercepted 17,439 illegal migrants in the first five months of 2024, representing an 11% increase over the same period last year, according to Slovenian news agency STA. The number of Syrian migrants increased from 500 to more than 6,000, accounting for roughly one-third of the total cases. (ANSA).
