(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 21 - Slovenia's main opposition party,
the Democrats (SDS), has proposed cancelling the planned
referendum on a second unit at the Krško nuclear power station
on November 24. According to STA, MP Zvonko Černač has stated
that approving the project now would have long-term negative
consequences for the state and its citizens, causing significant
harm.
