(ANSA-AFP) - MOSCOW, MAR 13 - Russian President Vladimir
Putin said in an interview released on Wednesday that if
Ukraine's allies sent troops to help the war-battered country it
would not alter the outcome of the conflict. "If we talk about
official military contingents of foreign countries, I am sure it
will not change the situation on the battlefield. That is the
most important thing. Just as supplying arms does not change
anything," Putin said. (ANSA-AFP).
