(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 20 - "Everyone is free to negotiate
with Ukraine about the use of the weapons it sends," Deputy
Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani told Radio
24. "There is no European decision requiring the Union's member
countries to allow the free use of weapons on Russian territory.
"Every country decides for itself," he added. "But the United
States is also very cautious," Tajani stated. "The defence of
Ukraine must not lead to a world war." We must always exercise
extreme caution; those with common sense must apply it." (ANSA).
