(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 27 - Mate Rimac, a Croatian high-end
electric carmaker, unveiled his company's driverless taxi
service, Verne, on Wednesday, which is scheduled to launch in
Zagreb in 2026, according to Croatian public television HRT.
Since one or two people take most taxi rides, the Verne robotaxi
is a stylish hatchback with seating for two. It has a
centralised ride-hailing smartphone app and headquarters where
the cars can be charged, cleaned, and serviced. (ANSA).
