(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 14 - More than 240 archaeological
artefacts allow visitors to discover the history, customs, and
traditions of the Histri for the first time in Italy. This is
the heritage on display in Trieste in the exhibition 'Histri in
Istria,' hosted at the local Museum of Antiquities "J.
Winckelmann," and curated by Martina Blecic Kavur, from the
University of Primorska Koper/Capodistria.
The exhibit is the result of continued cooperation between
the Istrian Region and Friuli-Venezia Giulia at the initiative
of the Croatian Community of Trieste/Hrvatska Zajednica u Trstu,
in synergy with the Municipality of Trieste.
Produced by the Croatian Community of Trieste together with
the Archaeological Museum of Istria/Arheoloski Muzej Istre u
Puli, in co-organization with the Municipality of Trieste,
