(ANSA) - PORDENONE, 29 LUG - The Municipality of Pordenone
and the Municipality of Varna, in Bulgaria, are participating in
the City-to-City Exchange project titled "Pordenonext:
attracting new talents and becoming a welcoming city for young
people who study and work," funded by the European Union through
the European Urban Initiative programme.
A delegation from the Municipality of Pordenone visited Varna
at the end of June to learn about the urban regeneration
processes in the city (with a population of approximately
400,000) related to the development of its university area.
From today until Wednesday, July 31, Pordenone will host a
Bulgarian delegation, showcasing its urban planning strategies
and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. (ANSA).
